No brief- we put the idea on the table
This was a concept which we’d had in the CSquared vault for a few years, that we were finally able to bring to life when our client asked us if we ‘had anything’ for a campaign that promotes their upcoming year of content. Filmed over two very hot days in the Hartbeespoort and Krugersdorp areas (about an hour outside JHB) it marked the auspicious occasion of being the first time we’d ever filmed with a hyena!
We did three executions of the stock footage montage, to three different pieces of music- bit of a ‘three for the price of one’ scenario. The script is strong but it’s really the great casting that brought this to life, which we approached meticulously.
